Education is the most important investment you can make. Investing in education is investing in yourself and your future. 1. People who read books live longer. That's according to Yale researchers who studied 3,635 people older than 50 and found that those who read books for 30 minutes daily lived an average of 23 months longer than nonreaders or magazine readers. Apparently, the practice of reading books creates cognitive engagement that improves lots of things, including vocabulary, thinking skills, and concentration. It also can affect empathy, social perception, and emotional intelligence, the sum of which helps people stay on the planet longer. 2. Why Many of successful people are readers and why They read Every Day: * Mental Stimulation. Just like any other muscle in the body, the brain requires exercise to keep it strong and healthy, so the phrase “use it or lose it” is particularly apt when it comes to your mind. * Stress Reduction. No matter how much stress you have at work, in your personal relationships, or countless other issues faced in daily life, it all just slips away when you lose yourself in a great story. * New Knowledge and Vocabulary Expansion The more knowledge you have, the better-equipped you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face. * Memory Improvement. When you read a book, you have to remember an assortment of characters, their backgrounds, ambitions, history, and nuances, as well as the various arcs and sub-plots that weave their way through every story. * Stronger Analytical Thinking Skills. ability to analyze details in your book like storyline, characters and situations also comes in handy when it comes to your life where you can make comparisons, decisions and analysis. * Improved Focus and Concentration. In a single 5-minute span, the average person will divide their time between working on a task, checking email, chatting with a couple of people (via gchat, skype, etc.), keeping an eye on twitter, monitoring their smartphone, and interacting with co-workers. This type of ADD-like behaviour causes stress levels to rise, and lowers our productivity. Good Smoothie Book help you to handle all of that. * And last but not least Better Writing Skills No comment - it’s obvious !

Let's remember Mahatma Gandhi on his 149th birth anniversary and pay homage to Mahatma Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who was fondly called Bapu, on his birth anniversary on October 2, which is also known as Gandhi Jayanti. Born in 1869 in Gujarat's Porbandar, Mahatma Gandhi had his early political training in South Africa while working among the local Indian community facing discrimination. #Gandhijayanti #Peaceandlove #helpimeterspirit
